As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on
the weight, origin & destination of your chosen items.
Shipping times should be used as a guide. They are based on time from dispatch and within the business days of both countries of origin and destination. They do not include weekends and holidays. Border Street cannot take responsibility for customs delays.
- Once an order has been shipped we will send you a tracking number.
- Any international orders are subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fee"). The recipient of the package is the importer of record in the destination country and will be responsible for payment of any associated fees at the time of delivery (DDU-Delivery Duty Unpaid).
- Please note that pre-order items may have longer processing and shipping times (may take up to 30 business days from the day of purchase).
- Please note that during high season and holidays, shipping might take a little longer.
- Occasionally, we’ll need to send your order in two or more shipments. Our shipping charge applies only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.
- Please note that if technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of items, we will either replace the content or refund of the price paid, as determined by us solely.
If you wish to return an unworn, unwashed, unused item, or an Item you find to be flawed or damaged (“Unwanted Item”), you may do so by sending back the Unwanted Item to us within 14 days from the day of recieving the order, in accordance with the following instructions.
Receive via email the shipment return address from us.
Send us the item using its original package.
We’ll process your return request up to 14 days from the day we receive the item.
- Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours from purchase. After 24 hours, as your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. While we're unable to cancel an order once it has been processed by Border Street partner, we offer easy returns service and a full refund of the returned products.
- Please note that the stamp’s cost will be deducted from your refund sum (the “Deducted Sum”). Nonetheless, you will be credited with the Deducted Sum on your next purchase with borderstreet.com and your credit will remain effective for 6 months, as of the return date.
- If you wish to exchange an Unwanted Item, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your original order in accordance with the return instructions above, and provided that we have the new item in the size and color you wish to purchase.
- If the item you wish to purchase is out of stock, we will provide you with a refund instead.
- If you wish to exchange your Unwanted Item with a different one, and the item you choose is priced differently from the Unwanted Item, you'll need to return us the Unwanted Item for a refund and place a new transaction.
- Unless you received a damaged item, sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- We offer an automatic one-time price adjustment, for an item which was purchased within 48 hours prior to the item’s mark-down to sale.
